MindPeers is looking for experienced and work driven professionals who are able to identify opportunities in form of potential customers, understand their needs, generate interest & setup the business by building brand credibility. The person needs to be aggressive yet humble in his / her approach to find the potential customers who are keen in building a meaningful impact on Mental Health & its future
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, including HR departments, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs (EAPs).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand MindPeers’ corporate client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target companies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and continuous satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Eligibility:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate partnerships, university partnerships etc. preferably in the mental health or wellness industry.
- Experience in Global B2B sales and experience to enter new markets is a bonus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for mental health and wellness and a go getter attitude is a plus!
