MindPeers is seeking a trusted and dedicated Video Content Manager who will be working on the social media platforms of the company. The person will be responsible for helping shape our company’s social media image and communicating it in the best possible way.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorms and creative campaigns to be executed, giving a consistent voice to the account on mental health related topics .
- Ensure the brand rides on topical trends and moments to create relatable content
- Social Media Calendar creation, content execution and posting - reels, stories, feed posts
- Bringing out awareness videos on mental health related topics by working closely with the therapy and clinical team.
- Creation of multiple creative video content series which become sticky for customers to understand and trust mental health and MindPeers simultaneously and creating IP for the brand
- Produce video content that fits for YouTube .
- Work with external production team whenever needed to do large scale content creation.
- Overall responsibility to conceptualize and create relatable video content and give creative ideas for the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video content making
- Experienced in creating conceptualized content for brands and should have understanding on therapy and clinical aspect
- In-depth understanding of the social media algorithms and content.
- Strong hold on content writing, creative ideation, and a data-driven approach to things.
- Confident in front of the camera.
